Cámara Uruguaya del Disco

The Cámara Uruguaya del Disco , or CUD for short , also Cámara Uruguaya de Productores de Fonogramas is a non - profit, non - governmental organization that represents the Uruguayan music industry. The organization was founded in 1960. It awards music sales awards and provides the country's official music charts . Since 2005, the CUD has also managed the property rights of Uruguayan phonogram producers. The society is a member of the IFPI and is based in Montevideo .
