Celine Lebrun (born August 25, 1976 in Paris ) is a former French judo fighter . She finished second at the 2000 Olympic Games in the weight class up to 78 kg and was third at the World Championships in 2001 and 1999. In addition, she became world champion in the open class at the 2001 World Championships in Munich. She was four times European champion .

She finished fifth at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens as well as at the 2003 World Cup.

The 1.69 m tall fighter came to judo at the age of 10 and trained at the US Orleans in Orléans . Her loss to Chinese Tang Lin in the final of the Sydney Olympics in 2000 was highly controversial. The final was a draw on points, with Tang Lin's points resulting from minor penalties for Lebun. The judges decided on the overall impression with 2: 1 votes for the Chinese, the audience booed at the decision. Lebrun herself accused the judges of incompetence, saying she had been robbed and refused to go to the press conference after the final.

In January 2011, she announced her retirement from competitive sports; Lebrun was adopted at the Grand Slam tournament in Paris on February 5 and 6, 2011.
