César Charlone Rodríguez

César Charlone Rodríguez (* 1896 in Montevideo ; † 1973 ibid) was a Uruguayan politician .

Life

Dr. Charlone, who belonged to the Partido Colorado , held the office of Vice-President of Uruguay between 1934 and 1938 under President Gabriel Terra . Then from August 12, 1949 to November 23, 1950, when he was replaced by Alberto Domínguez Cámpora , foreign minister of his home country . Finally, he took over from October 30, 1967 to April 2, 1970 and again from October 26 of the same year to April 16, 1971, the management of the Ministry of Economics and Finance.
