César Vaquera
César Vaquera Resendiz (born April 22, 1989 ) is a Mexican road cyclist.
César Vaquera drove for the Mexican amateur team Orven in 2009. That year he was national runner-up in the individual time trial of the U23 class. At the Vuelta a Chihuahua he was able to win the fifth stage. The next year he won the one-day race Inaguración de la Temporada del Distrito Federal de Mexico and he was Mexican champion in the road race of the U23 class.
