The Fcγ receptor IIa (synonym CD32a ) is a surface protein from the group of Fc receptors .
properties
The Fcy receptor IIA binds as Fcy receptor , the Fc region of immunoglobulin G with lower affinity and of monocytes , neutrophils and eosinophils formed. It is involved in phagocytosis after opsonization . Fcγ receptor IIA is glycosylated and phosphorylated .
