The Club Deportivo Tepatitlán de Morelos , also known for short as CD Tepatitlán de Morelos or simply Tepa , is a Mexican sports club in the city of the same name, Tepatitlán de Morelos in the state of Jalisco .

history

The club was founded in 1944 and its football team has been represented in the third-class Segunda División since the 2015/16 season .

Since its membership in the Segunda División football team scored consistently positive results, reaching in Figures 6 half-seasons up to and including 2017/18 a total of five times the Liguillas .

With the signing of Raúl Arias in June 2017, the most successful season in the club's history began.
