Confédération Européenne des Associations de Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (CEA-PME) is an umbrella organization of European SMEs based in Brussels .

The association was founded in 1992 and has been registered in Brussels since 2004. It represents 15 medium-sized member associations and maintains relationships with several partner associations in Europe and overseas. CEA-PME is a non-partisan and not-for-profit association .

The office of president has been held by the entrepreneur Mario Ohoven since 2004 . In 2016, lobbying expenses amounted to 62,000 euros.

From 2006 to 2008 the association was the coordinator of a research project (InCaS - Intellectual Capital Statement) in favor of associations for SMEs , which was co-financed by the European Union.
