The CERS Cup 1982/83 was the third edition of the European club competition in roller hockey . The winner in the all-Italian final was the club Amatori Vercelli , who clearly defeated AFP Giovinazzo . The German representative RSG Darmstadt clearly failed in the first round due to the eventual winner from Italy. Only one game was played in the first round.
