history
CH-7 Heli-Sport Srl was founded in 1987 by the brothers Igo, Josy and Charlie Barbero under the original name EliSport and renamed to the current name in 1989. The company initially dealt with the assembly of light aircraft and light helicopters from kits. In 1992 the company then acquired the production rights to the CH-6 / CH-7 . After the revision of the helicopter by Josi and Claudio Barbero , as well as the cabin by the sports car designer Marcello Gandini , the first helicopter was launched under the name CH-7 Angel , of which around 120 were sold. The further developments of the model, such as the CH-7 Kompress and the resulting Heli-Sport CH-77 are also commercially successful. So far, more than 400 copies of the different versions have been sold.
