COFCO ( Chinese  中國 糧油 控股 有限公司 , Pinyin Zhōngguó Liáng Yóu Kònggǔ Yǒuxiàn Gōngsī , 中 糧 for short , Zhōng Liáng ) is a Chinese company with headquarters in Beijing . The state-owned company operates in the food sector and is the largest in this sector in China.

COFCO includes the Chinese subsidiaries China Foods Limited (founded in 1993) and China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited (founded in 2006). The company's history goes back to 1952, with its predecessor China Cereals Export Company , China Oils Export Company and China Foods Export Company .

COFCO's brands include Greatwall wines , the Gloria International Hotels hotel chain , the chocolate and snack food brands Le conte , Cocorio and Jellee, and other brands of various food products.
