At the ordinary general meeting on July 7, 2011, the dissolution ( liquidation ) of the company with effect from December 31, 2011 was resolved by a majority of the shareholders' meeting. Caatoosee AG ended its business activities in the following months and converted the remaining assets into liquid investments.
