Cadame

The cadame was a measure of length in Pondichery in French India . The dimensions are in French. Cadame is part of the route measure (mentioned as a route hour in the literature) Courosame. The measure was derived from one degree on the equator and so it was 8.91 Cadames or 26.72 Courosame.
