Cameron Alexander Dallas (born September 8, 1994 in Chino Hills , California ) is an American actor, internet personality and model.

Life

In 2013, Dallas began uploading short videos to the Vine platform joking about friends and family. In 2014 he played the lead role in the movie Expelled . In April 2015, the single She Bad was released and in 2015 Cameron starred on the side of Nash Grier, with whom he is friends, in the film The Outfield . Also in 2015, he voiced the frog Freddie in the film Frog Kingdom . In Bad Neighbors 2 , which came out in cinemas in 2016, he has a supporting role as a pool boy, which was cut out of the film. In 2017 his series "Chasing Cameron" was released on Netflix, which shows his life behind the scenes.

In 2016, he had over 9 million followers on Vine, over 17 million followers on Instagram and over 8.5 million followers on Twitter .

Awards

Dallas won a Teen Choice Award three times , including twice in a row (2014 and 2015) for the best viner ( "Choice Web: Viner" ), once (2015) as the most popular male internet star ( "Choice Web Star: Male" ) and once ( 2016) as (" Social Media King" ). In 2016 he was nominated for a People's Choice Award in the “ Favorite Social Media Star” category. In 2017 he received the People's Choice Award in the “ Favorite Social Media Star” category .
