Canadian Classic

The Canadian Classic was a men's squash tournament held annually from 2000 to 2008 in Toronto , Canada .

From 2000 to 2006, with the exception of 2004 and 2005, the tournament was in the 5 Star category with prize money of 50,000 US dollars. In 2004 it was in the 4 Star category with prize money of 40,000 US dollars; in 2005 it did not take place. In the 2007 season the tournament was part of the PSA Super Series for the first time and had the status of Super Series Silver with 75,000 US dollars. At the last event in 2008 it was again a category 5 star tournament , the prize money was again 50,000 US dollars.

With three title wins, Jonathon Power is the record winner. In addition, he was two more times in the finals.
