Canchim beef
The Canchim cattle is a breed of cattle from central Brazil .
The breed originated from a cross between Indian zebus and Charolais cattle, which were introduced to Brazil in the 18th century.
Zebus are better adapted to the Brazilian climate than the very productive European cattle breeds.
