Carac is a patisserie pastries from Switzerland . It is a small tart with a characteristic green color and a chocolate dot.

The base is a cake base made from baked shortcrust pastry . A ganache is poured into it , which consists of two parts chocolate and one part cream . After the mass has cooled , an apricot ture is applied and covered with green fondant glaze . At the end, a point from Couverture is added to it.
