Carl Amery Literature Prize
The Carl Amery Literature Prize was founded in 2007 by the Association of German Writers in Bavaria , the Luchterhand Literature Publishing House and Verdi Bavaria . The award in memory of Carl Amery and his life's work is presented every two years and is endowed with 6,000 euros. It honors time-critical German-speaking authors who "break new aesthetic paths and thus seek to expand the spectrum of literary possibilities."
