Carl Calcum (actually Karl August Lohausen * the 30th June 1907 in Rodingen , † unknown) was a German engineer and science fiction - author .
His pseudonym may have something to do with a certain General Wilhelm von Calckum, called Lohausen , a general in the Thirty Years War .
