Carlyle Glean
Sir Carlyle Arnold Glean GCMG (born February 11, 1932 in Gouyave ) is a Grenadian politician . He was Minister of Education in the government of Nicholas Brathwaite from 1990 to 1995 and Governor General of Grenada from November 2008 to May 2013 .
