Carmen Thiele

Carmen Thiele is a German law scholar and university professor .

Carmen Thiele studied in Moscow law in an international context, and went after graduation in 1982 after Cuba . In Santiago de Cuba she was a law professor. In 1991 she came back to Frankfurt (Oder) and became the city's commissioner for foreigners. In 1993 Carmen Thiele went to the European University Viadrina as a research assistant and was appointed adjunct professor for international law , Eastern law and comparative law in 2012.
