Carn Meini Tomb is an unexcavated megalithic complex of unexplained type in Mynachlog-Ddu , near Newport in Pembrokeshire , Wales .

The facility is located on the slopes of the Bluestone outcrop Carn Menyn (also called Carnmenyn or Carn Meini) at the head of the so-called "River of Stones". The bearing stones under the fallen capstone lying in the cairn collapsed a long time ago. In the cairn material there is a menhir , which can be the rest of a corridor.

Nearby are the Carn Menyn Round Cairn and the menhirs Carn Breseb Pointer, Stone River Stone and Carn Menyn Marker.
