Caroline Pileggi

Caroline Pileggi (born December 12, 1977 ) is an Australian weightlifter . She successfully participated in Commonwealth Games several times .

Career

Before the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Pileggi was excluded from the Australian Olympic team and banned for two years because she refused a doping control . Her Nauruan professional colleague Quincy Detenamo was supposed to testify for her in a trial in Melbourne , but he was charged with murder himself. Pileggi was banned from the profession for several years.
