Caroline Vander Stichele

Caroline Vander Stichele (* 1959 ) is a Roman Catholic theologian .

Life

Stichele studied Roman Catholic theology . She wrote her dissertation on the topic of Authenticity and Integrity of 1 Cor 11: 2-16. A Contribution to the Discussion on Paul's View on Women . From 1986 to 1991, Stichele was a professor at the University of Brussels . She has been a professor of Catholic theology at the University of Amsterdam since 1993 . Since 2018 she has been professor for "Impact of the Bible in Contemporary Culture" at Tilburg University.
