The Little Steavenson River is a left arm of the Steavenson River , a small river in the middle of the Australian state of Victoria .
It arises south of the small town of Buxton in the floodplain of the Steavenson River, where the Keppel Creek joins from the right . It then flows almost parallel to the main river to the northwest, where it flows into the Acheron River west of Buxton , a few kilometers above the mouth of the Stevenson River .
