Kristen Josef "Kris" Holden-Ried (born August 1, 1973 in Pickering , Ontario ) is a Canadian actor .

Life

Holden-Ried is a former member of the Canadian national team in modern pentathlon . He graduated from Concordia University School of Business in Montreal . He has completed training in horse riding and fencing .
