Original title Carry on laughing was produced in 1981 and is composed of excerpts from carry-on films that were made by The Rank Organization . The series was produced by the film companies Peter Rogers Productions and Thames Television . It aired on Thames Television between October 12, 1981 and December 31, 1981. In 1983, the special Carry on laughing's Christmas Classics was produced, in which, similar to the movie That's Carry On , Barbara Windsor and Kenneth Williams present excerpts from the carry-on films. Eight of the 13 episodes ran synchronized under the title Please continue to laugh on the television of the GDR. Despite the almost identical title, the series is not allowed to coincide with the series Carry On Laughing ! be confused.

What a carry on

The series was produced in 1983 and aired on the BBC between November 9, 1983 and February 1, 1984 . Despite the almost identical name, it must not be used with the 1973 special What a Carry on! be confused. There is no German dubbed version.

Laugh with the carry ons

The series was produced by Central Independent Television in 1993 and aired between May 23 and August 16, 1993. In contrast to the previous series, Gerald Thomas, who did the compilation shortly before his death, was able to access all carry-on films, and not just those made by The Rank Organization . There is no German dubbed version.
