Carsten Wolff (* 1970 ) is a German graphic designer and author.

Life

From 1995 to 2006 he worked with his office "Wolff Kommunikation" in Frankfurt am Main . In 2006 he renamed it FINE GERMAN DESIGN and is still working from Frankfurt am Main for cultural institutions, institutions, publishers and companies. Since 2006, he and Andreas Bee have been running the FINE GERMAN GALLERY, the first online gallery for contemporary art in Germany, where works could be purchased directly. Carsten Wolff has two sons, Paul-Henri Wolff (* 2000) and Leonard Benedikt Wolff (* 2013).

In the field of design history, he has published on prominent German designers such as Willy Fleckhaus (1925–1983) and Hans Hillmann .

In July 2020 Carsten Wolff started the doctoral procedure at the HfG Offenbach.

Carsten Wolff owns the world's most extensive archive on the life and work of the German designer Willy Fleckhaus.
