Caryl Heller

Caryl Heller (born before 1979) is a production designer .

Life

Heller began her career on the film staff in 1979 with television, where she worked in the props for an episode of the television series NBC Special Treat . In the same year, Boardwalk was with Lee Strasberg her first feature film as a production designer. A few years passed before her next engagements, including working on several episodes of the series Der Equalizer .

For Barbra Streisand's drama Lord of the Tides , she and Paul Sylbert were nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Production Design in 1992 , but that year the award went to Bugsy . This was followed by one last film engagement for Peter Hyams ' Jean-Claude Van Damme - action film Sudden Death , since then Heller has not worked in the film and television business.
