The Casa-Museu Medeiros e Almeida is a museum in Lisbon that was founded in 1970 and is located in the residence of its founder António de Medeiros e Almeida (1895–1986), at number 41 on Rua Rosa Araújo (former municipality of Coração de Jesus ).

The 25 halls contain paintings, sacred art and furniture, tapestries, glass art and jewelery that range from the 17th century to the present day. There is also a clock collection that begins in the 16th century and includes around 225 exhibits, then an extensive collection of Chinese porcelain and terracotta that extends from prehistory through the Han dynasty to the 18th century. There are also works by the British goldsmith and silversmith Paul Storr (1792–1838), then Portuguese works from the 16th to 18th centuries, as well as a collection of pieces from the porcelain manufacturer Porcelana Vista Alegre .

There are two separate exhibition areas in the house, namely the founder's house, a very successful Portuguese businessman and patron of the 20th century, which he lived in from 1940 to 1970 and which has been preserved in its original state, as well as an area in the former garden area.

The director is Teresa Vilaça.
