Casting otters

Casten von Otter (* 1941 ) is a Swedish social scientist.

He studied sociology at Uppsala University and worked from 1969 to 1973 as a social scientist at the Institute for Social Research in Stockholm. For many years he was Professor of Public Administration at the Arbetslivscentrum (the Swedish Center for Working Life) and editor-in-chief of the journal Economic and Industrial Democracy .
