Catherine Alioth

Catherine Alioth (born March 11, 1960 ) is a Swiss biologist and politician ( LDP ).

Life

Alioth received his doctorate from ETH Zurich in 1988 . She works as a research assistant at the University of Basel .

On February 1, 2017, Alioth was elected to the Grand Council of the Canton of Basel-Stadt for the LDP . There she sits on the Education and Culture Commission. She is also a member of the administrative board of the Basel Theater Cooperative and a member of the foundation boards of propatient and the Zschokke-Haus of the Basel student body.
