Cathy Connolly
Cathy Connolly (born September 15, 1956 in Troy , New York ) is an American politician of the Democratic Party .
Life
Connolly studied law, sociology and philosophy. As a college professor, she teaches at the University of Wyoming . Connolly has been a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives since January 2009 . She is married to Julie Heggie with one child and lives in Laramie , Wyoming .
