Cecil Turner (born April 2, 1944 in Washington, DC ) is a former American football player in the National Football League ( NFL ).

Career

In the 1968 NFL draft , Cecil Turner was elected 127th place by the Chicago Bears and played there as a wide receiver for 6 seasons (1968–1973).
