Cecilia Calvi
Cecilia Calvi (* 1950 in Rome ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter .
Life
Calvet started out as a cabaret artist and then wrote socially critical and comedic plays until the 1990s. In 1993 she began working for the cinema, initially with short films , then with scripts and - after an earlier contribution to an episode film - in 1997 also with full-length feature films. With the dawn of the new millennium, she switched to scripts for television series and films; including great successes such as Carabinieri , for which she wrote thirteen books between 2004 and 2007.
