Cemoro Lawang

Cemoro Lawang , also Cemorolawang, Cemora Lawang, Cemara Lawang , is a small village ( Indonesian dusun ) in the municipality ( desa ) Ngadisari in the administrative district ( kecamatan ) of the city of Probolinggo in the east of the Indonesian island of Java .
Cemoro Lawang is located at an altitude of 2217 meters northeast of the Bromo volcano . The place has several hotels and guesthouses and is known as a base for morning mountain climbs on Mount Bromo. There is a viewpoint of the Batok and Bromo mountains. Many tourists come from the northern city of Surabaya , while others come from Bali .
