The Central-Asian Electric Power Corporation (CAEPCO) ( Russian Центрально-Азиатская Электроэнергетическая Корпорация (ЦАЭК) ) is an energy supplier in Kazakhstan based in Almaty .

The company was founded on August 8, 2008 by the Central-Asian Power Energy Company . As of March 2009, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has held 24.88 percent of CAEPCO.

The Central-Asian Electric Power Corporation has three subsidiaries:

Together with the three subsidiaries, CAEPCO employs a total of almost 8,000 people.
