The 1934/35 season was the fourth and final regular season of the Central Hockey League (CHL). Masters became the St. Paul Saints .

- The Duluth Hornets stopped playing.
- The Hibbing Miners stopped the game.

In the regular season, the three teams played between 47 and 48 games. Due to the small number of participants, the team of the American Hockey Association played in a joint game plan . Each team received two points for a win, one point for a tie and zero points for a defeat.
