Centro Militar (Montevideo)

The Centro Militar is a building in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo .

The building, built as a result of a competition for its construction in 1942, is located in Barrio Centro on Avenida Libertador Brig. Gral. Juan A. Lavalleja 1546 , corner of Paysandú . The architects of the Centro Militar were the two competition winners of the First Prize, Beltrán Arbeleche and Miguel Canale . The building, which also houses rental apartments, houses social and sports facilities.
