Cerro Pelado is a district ( barrio ) of the city of Maldonado in Uruguay .
geography
It is located on the territory of the Maldonado department in its sector 1 . Cerro Pelado borders La Sonrisa in the south and Villa Delia in the southwest . To the west is Barrio Los Aromos, to the east is the city center of the departmental capital Maldonado .

Cerro Pelado had 8,177 inhabitants in 2011, of which 4,070 were men and 4,107 women.
