Cesare Liverziani was an Italian sports marksman .

Cesare Liverziani participated in the 1906 Olympic Intermediate Games in Athens in six pistol competitions. With the rapid-fire pistol, he was sixth and eighth with the free revolver. He secured ninth place with the contemporary military revolver, while he did not get past 24th place with the model from 1874. He did not finish the competition with the dueling pistol on command. With the dueling pistol without command, he scored 30 hits and finished with 233 hit rings behind Léon Moreaux and in front of Maurice Lecoq , with which he won the silver medal.
