Cezary Łapiński
Cezary Łapiński (born June 15, 1953 ) is a former Polish sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1977 he retired from the European Athletics Indoor Championships in San Sebastián in the preliminary run.
At the European Athletics Championships in Prague in 1978, he won silver in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
He set his personal best of 46.42 s on July 13, 1977 in Warsaw .
