Chae Hui-jong

Chae Hui-jong (* 1924 in the province of South Hamgyong Province , † 2013 ) was a North Korean politicians of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

Life

Chae Hui-jong graduated from Moscow State University , which he graduated in 1947. In 1959 he became a member of the Central Committee (ZK) of the Labor Party of Korea (PdAK) for the first time and in 1962 in the third electoral term he was the first deputy of the Supreme People's Assembly . In 1967 he took over the position of head of the ZK department for document management. In 1977 he was appointed Minister of Labor Administration in Prime Minister Ri Jong-ok's cabinet . In 1983 he took over the function of head of the Central Committee's department for finance and planning and in 1988 he was again appointed Minister for Labor Administration and Minister for Joint Enterprises in the Ministerial Council of Prime Minister Yon Hyong-muk .

In 1990, Chae was re-elected as a deputy of the Supreme People's Assembly in the ninth electoral term and subsequently served as Vice-Chairman of the Budget Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly. Subsequently, in 1993 he was initially head of the Central Committee Department for Finance and Planning again and then between 1995 and 2013 again head of the Central Committee Department for Archive and Document Management. In 1998 , 2003 and 2009 he was re-elected as a deputy of the Supreme People's Assembly and was a member of parliament until his death in 2013.
