Bolor-Erdene Khaltar (born August 15, 1975 in Ulaanbaatar ) is a Mongolian author and journalist.

Career

In 1995 she studied at the University of Arts and Languages ​​and in 2000 graduated from the Department of Journalism at the College of Literature. After graduating, she started working for newspapers such as Public Law, Today, The Word, News of the Century and the Irmuun agency. Now she is a freelance journalist and author.

In 2009 she received the Mongolian Literature Prize "The Golden Feather" for her book "You and me" (Psychological Stories), and in 2011 she received another award for her book "Khishigt" for children. Novels, screenplays, and novels are widespread in Mongolia. Khaltar is married to a fellow writer, they have 4 children and live in Tours, France. In 2019 her youth novel "Khishigt" was published in France under the title "Khishigt Mongol".
