Equity of opportunity
The concept of equal opportunities comes from education policy and describes the demand for "fair" access to social goods and positions. A social order can be judged as "equal opportunities", even if the opportunities are not distributed completely equally, that is, in contrast to the concept of " equal opportunities ".
