Charles "Charly" Guiraist was a French sailor .

Charles Guiraist took part in the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris , where he competed in three competitions. In the joint race he failed to cross the finish line, while he made it onto the podium twice in the boat class 3 to 10 tons . As a crew member of the yacht Gitana , he came third in the first race and came second in the second. The crew also included skipper Maurice Gufflet , his brother Robert Gufflet as well as J. Dubois and A. Dubois .
