Chemical Senses , abbreviated to Chem. Senses , is a scientific journal published by Oxford University Press. The journal is the official publication organ of the European Chemoreception Research Organization , the Association for Chemoreception Sciences, and the Japanese Association for the Study of Taste and Smell . It appears nine editions a year and publishes works that deal with the perception of chemicals by humans and animals.
