The Chemin de fer Porrentruy – Delle ( PD ) is a former Swiss railway company. It was taken over by the Jura Bernois (JB) in 1876 , along with the almost 12 km long, standard-gauge trunk line from Porrentruy via Boncourt to Delle.

The short-lived Compagnie Porrentruy – Delle (PD) opened its Porrentruy – Boncourt – Delle line on September 23, 1872. In Delle this was connected to the Montbéliard – Audincourt – Morvillars – Delle line , which was opened on June 29, 1868 by the Compagnie Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée (PLM). The capital of the joint-stock company came from France. The PD did not have its own rolling stock, the French Mediterranean Railway (PLM) provided the transport.

With the cession of Alsace to the German Empire in 1871, Delle became the northernmost border station between Switzerland and France. During the existence of the PD, this remained their only railway line, which also ended isolated from the rest of the Swiss standard gauge network in Porrentruy.

On August 16, 1876, the loss-making PD was taken over by the Compagnie du Jura bernois (JB) for 1.99 million francs. The purchase price was composed of the asset value and the operating deficit. Under the JB, active in the “ Bernese Jura ” - also the literal German translation - the Delémont – Glovelier line was opened on October 15, 1876 and finally the Glovelier – Porrentruy line on March 30, 1877, the last opened section of the Delémont – Delle line .
