Chesterton is a small village in Warwickshire , England .

The place with scattered properties is about 11 km southeast of Warwick in the Stratford-on-Avon district near the Fosse Way .
history
It became famous for its extraordinary tower windmill of the same name , located about one kilometer north-north-west and unique in the world, with a base of six arcades from the 17th century. In the village there are ruins of the former Chesterton Manor (1657 / 62–1802) of the Peyto family, famous for its architecture , who ruled the village since the mid-14th century. It was destroyed due to an inheritance dispute. The parish church of St. Giles the parish Chesterton and Kingston dates back to the 12th century.
