Chinder net

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Chinderetz are cantonal associations in Switzerland that support children, young people and families. The clubs were created in 2019 due to a restructuring of the Pro Juventute Switzerland foundation .

history

In 2009 the Pro Juventute Foundation undertook a comprehensive reorganization. The 187 regional districts at that time were converted into independent cantonal associations that were bound to the foundation by a license agreement. With the new restructuring in 2019, the cantonal associations were free to dissolve and transfer to the foundation or to operate as a separate association under a new name.

The Pro Juventute Appenzell Innerrhoden association decided on the second variant and renamed itself to Chinderetz AI on September 16, 2019. The clubs in the cantons of Bern, Obwalden and Schwyz followed the choice of name and also became independent.
