Chitra Devi Ramiah

Chitra Devi V. Ramiah is a diplomat from Malaysia .

Career

Ramiah has been a civil servant in the administration and diplomatic service since 1994. She was Consul General of Malaysia in Hungary and from 2012 to 2015 Consul General in Chennai, India .

On December 28, 2015, Ramiah was appointed ambassador to East Timor. She held the office until 2018. On April 17, 2018, Ramiah presented her accreditation as Malaysia's twelfth ambassador to Poland to President Andrzej Duda . Ramiah also has the accreditation for Lithuania .
